This program integrates self-defense techniques, conditioning, and skill-oriented games aiming to improve motor skills, agility, and flexibility. Children will learn focus and build confidence.
Women
Tuesday: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
This women’s-only class combines grappling, submission, and self-defense skills in a small group environment.
Adults
Monday – Thursday: 7:00pm – 8:30pm
This class combines the different disciplines that make up mixed martial arts. We teach individual skill sets like striking, takedowns, grappling, and submissions to become well-rounded.
